4.0 Engine Swap

I have a 1999 B4000 4.0 SOHC Engine is Bad. How Many Problems If any would there be to put in a 4.0 OHV engine from a 1995 Explorer. Can this be done with just a few Change. Mainly worried about Computer stuff?
