4.0 Engine from a 94, what years is it compatible with?

I have a 1994 Extended cab, 4x4 with the 4.0 liter engine and 5 speed transmission.

The frame and body on the truck are shot, too many issues to try and tackle, I was thinking about trying to find a ranger with a blown engine and swap mine into it, what years is that engine compatible with?

As a side note, any good idea's on how to lookup a truck with a blown engine?

As it sits? 1994.

Swapping off the entire on engine wiring harness, upper intake, driver's side exhaust manifold and either removing or ignoring the cam synchronizer? 1993.

Adding to the list above swapping out the "Red top" (or black) injectors? 1990-1992
