How compatible are MAF sensors between years and engine sizes?

From that era they are integrated as one large piece that connects the intake tube to the air box designed for that specific size tube/flow so no they are not interchangeable.
Very little crossover. Those two are not compatible

According to rock auto part numbers they are indeed different.
Looks like theres a couple differences among 3.0s even
