Looking to do a 410 or 422 cam in my 4.0. I noticed comp cams says I need different valve springs. Iv also heard I need longer push rods. Anyone know where I can get said springs and push rods? Has anyone done this before? Thanks

Just did this to my rig. Used a 410 cam. Didn't use different springs just got new stock springs. U need 5.550" overall length pushrods with 5/16" diameter tube, 3/16" ball ends closed. Call smith bros pushrods give them those specs I got all 12 shipped for under $100.

Same pushrods for the 422 cam, u need procomp 988 dual springs and a machine shop to get them to fit on the heads.

The aftermarket performance springs that he mentioned won't fit a stock head. You have to get the spring seats on the head machined so that they will fit.
