$396.80 to Change Plugs and Wires!!!

Was looking for a discussion thread about plugwires & plugs and found this one. Good discussion and lots of fun to read. Anyhow I've changed the plugs a couple of times on my 94 and agree with taking the time and not pulling the upper intake but then the added visibility and access makes it mighty tempting. But since it still runs/performs smoothly, I've never changed the wires. I've got about 150K, the engine still starts, runs, etc. smoothly but the MPG as dropped off about 2-3 MPG so I'm wondering if plug wires would help take care of this. What the feelings out there. Don't have any beer but probably could come up with some "shine" here in NE. Tenn. Also are the wires from Auto Zone or Advance good?
Thanks for the help.
Danny

Deal~!

Haven't tried the Dos Equis, but I just saw one of the commercials...it actually showed (sharp inhale) a man holding, yes, holding a cigar...and a few babes, of course...

I think I like that beer company...they know that good things go together...oh, and I also liked the babes...

He can speak french, in russian. He is "the most interesting man in the world."
