Hello, just found this forum and looking for information before I start on this adventure of doing a V8 swap.
Question: has anyone attempted a 363 stroker swap into a 2000-2004 ranger.

Welcome to site! Don't ever remember anyone with that size. Several 351's and 347's done. Same comments on them would apply.

have built a few via a4 block.....dont recall seeing those in 2000 up trucks, but have seen big stroke 351 and ls.

I'm starting to gather info on doing a swap. And was tooling around the ford performance website and saw that they are offering the 363ci engine. So I was just question about it.

I looked that motor up and for that price of 8695.00 I would not get it. it does not have the right pan on it. so you would have to change that. also it says exhaust port raised .625 so custom headers
