351m/400 swap

I have a mildly built 351m with matching c6 out of my old '79 f150. Thinking of putting it into a late 90's 2wd ranger. has anyone done this swap or have info on it?

Welcom to TRS. You'll find that it's not a highly recommended swap. I see its your first post. I'll bet you posted without even using the search feature to see how much is already here concerning this subject.

actually was a member several years ago. Checking from work and don't have a whole lot of free time to search the forums.

I do know its not recommended but since i have the motor.... Plus I wanted to see if anyone had done it recently.

I don't think anyone has actually done this swap. Can it be done? Yes, if you have the skills and time. Hell go for it. It'll be different that's for sure.

It has been done before, keep in mine that your 351M isn't all that much smaller than a 460 though... not that they fit all that well either. I wouldn't be all that eager to to put on in a late 90's truck though.
