has anyone put a 350 into a ranger.....my ? is does chevy make a t-case that drops on the left if so where could i find one at and how much do they run

it has been done. me and doorgunner are currently doing it in our 2wd trucks. as for a t-case, not sure, i would inves in an atlas 2 t-case. but someone here knows beter than me. good luck

thank you but after looking at them that out of my budget......the truck will also be a dd so i think that would be to much right now but if i ever turn it into just a off road truck i might go with a atlas

yeah....left or right is easy to do.

241 is most common for the chevy, but i prefer the fixed yoke jeep 208's when you can find one. problem with the jeep case is you need to put whatever chevy input shaft you have and run a spacer/clock ring.

if thats to much of a pia the the cake setup is a 4.3 s10 trans and t case. it has the weaker 207 in older units with manual shift t case

you can build a 700, get a 241 and put a slip yoke eliminator in the 241 and have a very stout setup. the 241 is stouter then the 208 as well when sye is installed
