I have been looking for a used pair of pro comp steel rims and a pair just came up I am looking at buying, I just wanted to know if i buy these rims. 15x10 with 3.75" backspacing if I will be able to fit a 32x11.5 BFG all terrain tire on it too with any problems? rubbing? Im not sure, im new to this so any feedback would be great!!! thanks

oh, and truck is a 98 mazda b4000 haha. It has 31's on it now and it looks like there is quite a bit of room, no offset rims yet either, just stock and I havent had any problems with rubbing.

if you say it looks like it has a good amount of room go for it. if it ends up rubbing either trim a little or lift it a little

That tire is going to be kinda stretched on a 10" rim.

what do you mean by stretched?
Is it a big deal to trim your fenders?

I have 11.50's on a 10 in wide rim and they work and look fine, and I dont do many rocks but they are in good shape

and 98 mazda you will want at least coil spacers and mine are 3in backspacing whick stickes em out real far and even with coilspacers and cut fenders they rub a lil offroad.

Not gonna be much sidewall flex. Watch the tire shop put them on. Maybe not. They'll be cursing you.

It depends. How nice is your paint and do you like it? :icon_cheers:

I cut these with an air chisel with a cutting bit then took an angle grinder and cut up
1/4" every 1" and bend it up, the jaggedy look is just the paint flaking and im just gunna paint bedliner on them, oh and they dont rub anymore cause i fiugured out it was cause my bumper is bent so I just dropped it.

This is a 10.5in tire on a 10in wide wheel keep in mind thats at 18psi (i think)

i don't really see how you could think that because if you put say a 12.5 on an 8 rim then you have to let out more air just to ride on all of the tire so you would have to let out a lot to make it flex more. it would flex better on a bigger rim

Whoever mounted your tires did not know wht they were doing!! None of our local 4x4 shops will ever mount that width of tires on a 10 inch wide rim. 'Trucks' and 'Extreme 4x4' and all my offroad mags all say that 11.5's on a 10 inch rim is just plain stupid!!!! I have 33 12.5 KO's on 8 inch rim and this is plenty enough as stated by my mags and TV shows I have watched.

What you just said there is bass-ackwards, Chief.
