All depends on your needs. See you have a 4x4 so a RV or Explorer cam would work good. For Hp, have to jump up a bit. What year block, heads & internals? Flat tappet or roller? EFI or carb? Best to just go to Comp Cams and ask their tech advisor with what you got and what you want.

As with the others, everything depends on what 302 you're going to get. And what you want it to do.

The Crane 2030 is a good all around cam, low end torque and top end power that is also computer friendly and won't require expensive high lift valve springs.

One problem with the Crane is that the business was sold in May. New company is building a new facility in Daytona Beach and not up and running yet.

Need more info. What heads, what vehicle, what do you expect from it, what transmission, what intake and carb or is it EFI. There's more to giving advice on what someone wants as far as a cam than just what the long block consists of.

yep, its a motor, and im changing stuff... To something else... and stuff...
We need some actual facts beyond a vague description of what the motor is to help you out.
We need to know what year the motor is, what heads are on it
We know its carbed
Need to know what the induction system is consisting of, and to a lesser extent what kind of manifolds you are using.
What RPM range do you want power?
Do you want a lugger for towing, or a high rev (relatively) screamer?
Auto or manual trans?
Cams you have to take the sum of all your parts to make a decision. Fail to do that, and you will forever be unhappy with the result of your build.
