302 engine id?? HELP??

i bought my ranger with the 302 already in it and i have no clue what its out of which makes it a little hard to buy parts that i need ie starter, water pump etc. is there any way to id what its out of ill attach a pic of it if it helps.

Or late 80's Crown Vic/Marquis 5.0. Rated at 150 horses. Should have E6SE heads, flat top pistons with no valve reliefs, roller cammed with the smallest of the production rollers. The Heads should have a large "S" cast into the lower front corner next to the valve cover.

ive done some checking on the cars everyone has listed and all the parts interchange town car, crown vic, and marquis thanks guys this has been a huge help
