3000 to 4000 swap

I own a 1993 b 3000 manual and a 1994 b4000 auto can I pull the motor from my 3000 and put it in my 4000? Will it bolt up?

The bellhousings on the grannies are different so you would need the same tranny, and the electronics

The 3.0L and 4.0L share zero parts. Everything that touches the engine would have to be swapped out. Trans, all wiring, exhaust, PCM, etc. It's a lot of work for pretty minimal gains in my opinion.
