Looking to do a 3" spindle lift on a 2001 2wd 3.0 Ranger XLT and install 31x10.50x15s on the stock chrome steel wheels. But from what I've been able to gather the 3" lift spindles increases the width of the front track by an inch and the spindle manufactures recommend a wheel with a 3.75-4.00" back spacing.
Can those of you that have done the 3" spindle lift tell me if you could see a noticeable increase in the front track width and did it cause any issues with stock wheels? I really don't want the front track width to be noticeably wider than the rear track width. Plus I want the tires to tuck nicely inside the fender. I'm not a fan of the tires sticking out further than the fenders.
