Does anybody make a 3 gauge A-pillar pod specifically for an early model ranger? Im having a hard time finding one. All i can find is a universal from sunpro.

There isn't one manufactured for a RBV. You will have to custom make one if you want it.

^^^ LOL mjones - you posted while I was typing. correctomundo

I DO - LOL Fiberglass - that is what I would do though. If I had access to an A-Pillar trim piece and some gauge pods - it would be a done deal.
So get some mat, resin, brushes, filler, sandpaper, fleece, and some pods and MAKE it. If you can't seem to find one, you could recoup your investment in no time if others want one and you build it for them.
I am currently glassing a dash for a 240SX for a friend and I am getting a 5 speed swap. It is not that difficult . . . Good Luck anyway

I made one for my '97 Ranger I had. I took a dual pod and a single pod and glassed them together. I don't have any pictures of it on my Photo Bucket account.

i know there is a company called MMcustomworks that makes pretty nice pods. i think they only do it for Lightnings though but they may be worth a shot to ask and see if they will make one for you if you dont want to do it yourself.

the only place i can find them though is on a lightning forum

why bother? No Offense, I personally dislike the ricer weird look of sicking the gauges on the A-Pillar there just in my way of view while driving. There just in my way, if I need to know what my engine is doing I can look on my dash or somewhere. Its like west coast mirrors great for a big rig not for a pickup, pull up to a stop sign and look left, look right all you see is yourself in the mirror.

The factory gauges are not called idiot gauges for no reason. They are for the common person to see stats on their vehicle.

If someone has done some modifications to their engine, or they tow, then aftermarket gauges will do them good in monitoring their engine/transmission.
