3.0 to 4.0 swap on b3000 4x4

Hey, I am brand new to the Mazda B's/Rangers.

Basically, I bought a 94 B3000 ext cab 4X4 5 speed with a trashed 3.0 for (don't hate me) $100.

I have a good 94 Ranger 4.0 in my shop already.

I removed the 3 liter and everything is intact, no broken lines or wires, etc.

I am gonna clean up and refit the 4 liter with new gaskets all the way around.

What are the challenges I am gonna have getting this thing swapped in?
I assume wiring is the main issue here.

Any suggestions/recommendations are most welcome.

Like I said, I have only worked on Full size Chevy, Ford and Dodge in the past. I am new to the Mazda's...so I am little slow on the uptake.

You will need to swap the tranny that came with the 4.0. (Different bellhousings)

You will need to swap the entire engine bay harness, radiator...etc

Other things like fuel lines, AC lines etc, I honestly dont know what will and wont work. I also dont know if the 4.0 Engine bay harness will be a plug and play with the 3.0 dash wiring..someone will chime in though

ok you need a 4.0 y pipe. 4.0 passanger side motor mount. wiring harness from the computer that wraps around the front.(has lights and maf etc) 4.0 computer.. 4.0 fuel lines from quick disconnect up. raditors r the same. ull need a 4.0 tranny i do believe thats everything. 3.0 to a 4.0 is by far the easyest swap ever i think lol if u have everything there no reason it couldnt be done in a weekend
