3.0 rebuild engine removal

I am about to remove a 3.0 flex fuel motor from a 2000 Ranger. I plan to have it rebuilt for $995.00. Before I dive into the removal of the engine are there any tip or cautions more experienced "Ranger" nuts may want to share with me. I've pulled many tranny's and a few engines. I just pulled the hood off, looked it over, and though ugh! Thought I would post for any suggestions.
Do you have any pointers?

dont lose parts lol there not that bad really wire up your wires so there out of you way be sides that dig in

Thanks for your input. It's out. Every bold/nut broke hard. Had to grid/cut exhaust bolts out.
