3.0 Exhaust Question

so is a 2.8 :icon_thumby:

That is why it is very quiet, I had a turbo muffler and then a glasspack on it and decided I would rather not hear it. So I nabbed the factory exhaust off of my brother's F-150 and now I can just tell it is running... which is handy because it is tempermental when it is cold out.

Whats the difference between a Flowmaster super 40 series muffler and a super 44 series muffler. Do they have any sound difference, Im kind of new to all of this stuff somewhat so if this is a dumb question, im sorry.

i like this flowmaster idea. but now will it fit a stock pipe on a 94 ranger? i want to get a new muffler, but i dont want to change the whole exhuast pipe. i dont know if i could just put a new muffler on the stock pipe.

Just have the muffler shop fab you something up, the 44 series is deeper and better sounding than the 40, but the 40 is still a good muffler, I just like the deep tone of the 44 about 160 is what it cost me for a cat back system and then 90 degree turndown before the axle

aftermarket mufflers come in a array of different pipe size options. just order the size that fits your stock pipe (2") and it will be a bolt on install.

ok, i dont like to buy parts from advance auto, i dont like them. but i will see where i can get them.
