I have a 96 ranger that has a rod knocking, what other 3.0s (year and vehicle model) will work in my truck? Will a 01 3.0 work? Thanks.

seriously????????? no one. I've tried searching and having really found out anything.

Your biggest issue will be flex fuel vs non flew fuel. Im not to sure about the 01 but anything 95-?? will work perfect. Older than 95 you just need to swap out your sensors. Blocks and heads are almost identical. I have a 97 long block in my truck with just all my old sensor and accessories. Flex fuel and non flex fuel gets messy though.
