I am installing lift coils on a 1991 Ranger 2wd and I would like to know if 4wd brake hoses are longer.

Thanks in advance!

I would be more worried that the connections on the ends of hte hoses aren't the same. On my 94 4wd, the drivers side hose MUST have a T junction on the end of it, whereas the passenger side only needs a regular threaded connector.

I haven't found a good answer what models or years have hte T junction on the end of the drivers side hose and what models or years don't.

The punchout where the upper end of the hose is clipped into the spring bucket is a different shape 2wd/vs 4x4.

Yes the 4x4 hoses are longer, but you'll need to use a rat tail file or a moto-tool to change the shape of the cutout to mount the hose in the ear of the spring bucket.
