I called around all day yesterday and today. Firestone and goodyear and tire kingdom all said they couldn't do anything with it, and when I mentioned putting in adjustable camber bushings, they acted like I was retarded. Meineke and Midas knew what I needed, but wanted about $260. I found a guy at a hole in the wall shop who can do it for $150, but that still seems kind of steep and he can't get to it til tuesday Feb 23. Guess I'm stuck bein pigeon footed til then.

looks like your leveling kit skrewd your camber. maybe you should go back stock in the front and pull a leaf out the back to level it? this is funny to me because on my 92 2wd im considering leveling springs in the front because my new shocks caused a 2 inch drop in ride height and my camber is opposite from yours. my 93 4wd has a bad bevel from front to rear as well and i considered cutting my rear blocks in half to help, just didnt feel like messing with the ubolts and just lived with it.

Yea it sucks, but I love the way it sits now. After I get it aligned, I'll pretty much be done messing with the suspension. Maybe some 31s when I wear these out, but thats probably it

this happens whenever you level it. the most expensive part for me i think was the new bushings because the alignment shop wouldnt let me supply my own from napa. had to get there expensive ass ones.

I knew it was gona happen, but I wasn't expectin 260 bucks lol, I'm fine with paying the 150 bucks, but I gota wait til the 23rd

I did a 2 " lift too my 4x4 and same responce from the aligment guy's most of them dident even know what adjustable caster camber bushings were some aligment shop. So I did it my self lots of reading and about 3 days later I was with in spec. What a mess of pain in the ass work for my first one. LIVE LAUGH LEARN. Next time I hope Money is not an issue.I will be paying too have it done.

Why do people mod things with no cash to do so?

No I like to ask questions. I see it happen often and I am confused as to why.

because it costs less coin to do it yourself...that and coin is hard to come by therefore we do what we can with what little bit we hav...thats my excuse.

50 bucks at best one tire........ theyve always done a good job on all my rigs.

shop here charged 50 bux for the whole alignment on my fiances chevy, steers with one finger at 85mph. the parts is what kills you, her wheel bearing hub was 275 installed same shop. stupid chevy went to wheel bearing spindle hubs with single row ball bearings with a traction control sensor per front wheel, we got 50k miles out of the first one and 70k miles out of the second one. still on the same taper bearings in my 4wd 93 3.0 ranger and second set of rotors in 280k, wth...and for that matter now that i think about it it took 2 days and 980 dollars to change the radius arm rod bracket one ball joint and outer tie rod ends plus my alignment on the 93 about 4 yrs ago, so 260 isnt too bad.

i think the problem is, people read a "cheap suspension lift" post, then buy some spacers without actually learning what they are about to do. I guess with every "cheap lift" post there should be the YOU WILL HAVE TO GET AN ALIGNMENT AND IT WILL COST MONEY warning. It just happens. It's the nature of the beast. Of course you'll need an alignment. your changing suspension components... and it's gonna be costly because these stupid fords and their alignment bushings... it's gonna cost me 260 too... but I knew that going in...

My ranger 2wd was only $89 to align with stock everything...

Putting yourself into a situation where you are forced to get better at something due to lack of cash is a Good thing.

I find spending cash to fix a problem only a good idea when you simply lack the time.

I agree, but I am not talking fixing.
