235/75 vs 30x9.5

Hi all, I was planning on a lift for my ranger, but have decided to stay with stock suspension. I will be installing moog factory height springs and new shocks front and rear. This is an 86 supercab 4x4. I will be installing ranger mag wheels from LMC, but am trying to decide between these two size tires. If anyone has any pictures or comments about this setup I would appreciate any feedback. Thanks!

They are same size. Sure the math works out slightly different, but tire sizes in real are +/- like 1" anyways.

I used to run 235/75s on the front and 30x9.5s on the rear of my 2wd since the 30x9.5 was easier to find in the MT flavor

The gearing is 4:10s
I'm going with an AT, trying to decide between the Cooper AT3, and Hankook Dynapro ATM. Leaning toward Cooper right now.

Yes, those are close to the same size. 29 vs 30. Either will work.

I'd suggest the Hankook Dynapro myself.

Well, I ended up going with the 235/75 Hankooks and the Level 8 tracker wheels from discount tire. I will post up some pictures when everything is completed. Thanks!

Finally got the ranger back. New engine, suspension, exhaust, and wheels and tires. Glad to have it back! Here are the pics!!
