Fewer dents this year, and I actually used a little McGuire’s spritz & shine…

My buddy Paul from high school came again, great to catch up. He was a granddaddy again on Monday. Woo hoo!

Edit: updates:

New headlights & Explorer grill
New front looking floods on top
Lower air dam/valence w/halogen fog/driving lights (super bright, worked great)
Re-hung the tool box (so it will stay there)
Explorer V-6 emblems
Wide swing in/swing out mirrors (Ford one lower, 70s Chevy uppers)
New cab over lights
Hood turn signal indicators w/(trailer) brake lights
& scary baby has more & better dirt & mold, eyes still light up with brakes

Most asked question: “How long did it take you to build this?” Always answer: “What makes you think it’s finished?”

& Lincoln has calmed down considerably.

I made it. A little later than expected. I will NOT be taking I-80 West home. Penn DOT has that side of the interstate all messed up. The backed up traffic was morbidly impressive.

Well, no joy for me, @JohnnyO, @sgtsandman, @TRANSAMJUICEBOX, or the other guys, all the awards went to the square bodies this year

I’m not sure if these folks are in TRS.

Like it and I headed out about 930, and after five hours, we’re already in the south border of Virginia. Only like five hours to go.

Pennsylvania gas, $4.11
Maryland gas 15 miles away, $3.55 (I filled up)
West Virginia, Virginia, about $3.80
Virginia, over four dollars again

Good to see you again. We saw you going the other way this morning, me and @sgtsandman went to meet my cousin for breakfast, he lives nearby. I think we were parked too far down the row and when folks were judging they just didn't walk that far. My bud from here did win a Celebrity Choice Award with his Early Bronco.

I-80 has been a perpetual construction project for about 40 years.
