Gas prices need to come down. I'm actually thinking seriously about buying a motorcycle (and getting my license for one). The Fun50 and Ranger are both getting too expensive to DD right now.

Record low motorcycle sales past few years I'm relatively sure... Definitely going to change this year.

Probably something you want to get the ball rolling on, before they turn into atvs and it's a 6 month wait from order/delivery.

Oh, no, no, no. I can't buy new. I'm talking g used. No order or delivery. Was looking at KLR's the other day. I think that would fit my style. Probably $3k or less.

I've always wanted a KLR. I got to ride my tattoo guys XR650 a few years back and that thing was AWESOME.

If your dead set against buying new, do NOT look up the Honda Africa twin you'll be figuring out how to amass some money in a hurry lol

I really wish I could flip the 2! I have 1 year to go to the off-rodeo and of course Rocko came in on 3/2/2022 I have tried to research the off-rodeo to see if there is a little wiggle room on 1 year exact or at least in the month of 1 year but that information is a little lacking.

On the bright side, got the chance to use slippery mode with 4A today. I do have to say snow looks good on Rocko.

I love the facility Ford built here in Texas. I'd pay to be able to wheel it. You definitely need to make sure you go while you can.

I looked at it in relation to Humble, TX. The drive appears to be about the same. So, doable. Fuel prices will probably be the determining factor and how much money I can save up for the trip.
