2010 ranger bed crossmember replacement

2010 ranger I just purchased has a broken front bed xmember,rusted out.Maine salt.
Replacing all.

cut/drilled out old ones.glassbeaded bed.Had 3 made/bent at a local sheet metal shop.Bare.Still have to modify them to fit.
used 16ga. and the front is also d.i.y. Cost under 2 beans

nobody has ranger xmembers,that I could find.

Somebody does make them, but I don't know who. We have done a few sets at work recently.

Although I'm not 100% sure we aren't modifying ones meant for a different application.

Got 3 welded in place today,just gotta finish them.
Measurements of the front one is 5ft long,3"x3". and used 16g.

Welded in some extra steel on the front one. used 3-2" pieces of same 16g steel.

A little more info.
Front bed crossmember #1 towards cab.
Welded 2 pieces of Sheetmetal together. 5ft x3x3

Second xmember #2 from front
38"long with a 2"bend x 2 1/2" height.

Third xmember #3
38"long with a 2"bend x 1 1/2"height

Fourth x member #4
50"long with a 2"bend x 1 1/2"height

5th x member #5 is good.not replacing.
Other than the front one,the other 3 were bent at a sheet metal shop.
