as long as the frame doesn’t look like cardboard that experienced shotgun fire, a wrinkled fender wont bother me. that frame looks very clean- & its from new york? the 2011 (awd/V6) escape was from new york & its a rusted mess underneath. The “0 codes” on that scanner dont mean much, you can clear codes & shows that message no matter what- until you fire it back up again & they resurface. Over all its decent
