I checked this is on when i crank it. So go back and check the wire to the Crank sensor.
Then either PCM is bad or crank sensor signal is not making it to PCM

Not possible
Even if that second person JUMPS when they get electrocuted you are still missing if it was just key on spark or cranking spark

No, I can hold the screw driver and see the cranking spark. It 100% is possible because I have done it many times.
If I can hold the screw driver, and observe a spark to the head or block or intake, really any major metal part of the engine, while it is spinning over, that is an effective test of cranking spark. And I have done it many multiple times in my years of owning 2.9s. I can even assess the health of the coil and TFI on a 2.9 by the color and quality of the spark.
I was joking
What about the timing?
50/50 test does/tests BOTH
I pull the timing cover off and found the crank shaft tone ring missing. I feel like idiot got a new one on the way. wedsday is when it should show up.
