2010 4.0.. shifter options?

so I just got a 2010 4.0 XLT 5spd, and I don't care for the shifter very much. Hurst is stating there's a shifter available for the same transmission, but on an f-150, and advance auto is stating there's a b+m, hurst, and mr gasket shifter available, but I cannot find any information on any of the specific models on their webpage (they all state universal fit..)

So I was wondering, are there any aftermarket shifters available for my new ranger?

The Hurst for '88-03 Rangers fit up to 2010....it's the same trans. It's the same old same stuff......manufacturers are late to updating their application years. In fact, the only difference between the Ranger Hurst and a Fiddy Hurst is the shift arm itself.
