2007 Red Trailer 4X8 Utility Trailer

That is always a possibility as well. The reported shipping weight is either 300# or around 200#. 200# makes more sense since the RTT is 176# but who knows. Maybe it's just the way the shipping company compensates for a large, bullky item as far as the rate they charge. šŸ¤·ā€ā™‚ļø
Probably 176# plus an oversized wooden pallet. Have some snips ready to cut it loose from the pallet and shed some weight for lifting it out of the truck.

If you're lucky, what ever box truck or short semi that pulls up in front of your house will have a lift gate. Then he can wheel the pallet out onto the lift gate and lowered it to the level of your trailer. You back up to the lift gate, slide the whole mess onto your trailer and go back it into the garage. Easy-peasy.

I'm not counting on being lucky. I have diagonal side cutters, tin snips, and other plier type tools. I've found the two pairs of flat jawed pliers work best at controlling the ends of the banding and cutting the banding at the same time.

Some pictures and links of the Timbren Axle less Trailer Suspension system that I'm prepping for installation on the trailer. I still need to get some good Timken bearings for the hubs since they came with made in China bearings. I'll keep the Chinese ones as spares, just in case.

Suspension arms and spindles hanging so the paint can cure. 1/2" grade 8 hardware is on the sawhorse table drying as well.

The hubs are sitting on the floor so the paint can cure on them as well.

Some of the hardware needs to be flipped tomorrow so that they can be painted tomorrow. Then I can work on the 2' X 2" X 49" 1/4" wall square tubing and the wheels for the tires. The tubing and the tires will be painted directly to the color they are going to be when the job is done. The suspension, spindles, and hubs got painted Deep Forest Green and then other camo paint will be added after installation to emulate how military equipment during the Cold War era were painted. Plus, the trailing arms are built to be like skid plates since they will be the most likely parts to hit something. They will need the extra paint.
