2007 level 2 transmission knocking

I bought this level 2 a fews month ago with 25 000 miles on it...and after a week or so I was not happy how it was shifting....it was like the clutch was not releasing enough...
So I have it check at my local Ford...and they said that the through out bearing was noisy and that there was like a recall on it....

Anyway they change the clutch, pressure plate, slave, through out bearing...
after that it was shifting like a dream...

A month later, I went to help a friend who's truck was buried half was to the door...I hook my strap 4 low second gear and tug about 20 times...

Went I got back on the road in 2wd in fifth gear it was knocking....I blew 2 FM146 like that...

The thing is that it been doing it for a month now and didn't blew...

I don't know if I should bring it back...I just don't want them thinking it was beat up because I just had the clutch change...and didn't what to waranty it

Plus I really want to remove the snow plow since I have it void waranty!?!?!

Any idear what might be wrong? M50D-R1HD my ass!
