2007 backfire while idling in park

Hi guys:

When my truck is in park idling I am getting a backfire approx every 60 -90 seconds when the engine is warm.If i leave it in drive and hold on the brake it will not backfire.Truck has the 4.o v-6.Anyone hear of this before??

You might not get an answer to this here since this is the introduction forum...try posting in either the Need Immediate help section or the appropriate engine forum...

But, generally, backfire can be caused by a number of things...number one would be timing...if that helps...
