2005 HID Upgrade

here's my problem i bought my HID kit for my stock headlights which are 9007,i looked at the ddm website and they do have an H1 kit that would work but im not going to buy another kit just to work with the projectors

Might be worth calling them. Maybe you can buy just the bulbs?

Your 05 uses a 9007 in the OE headlight assembly.

i'm not sure what you want me to explain
i'm pretty sure that H1 bulbs will not fit in the 9007 plug

oh i meant they have H1 HID bulbs but not sure is they will work with the plug

Ok so after hours of looking around the net, I found that NO ONE as a 9007 projector headlight assembly. I think I will just upgrade to Sylvannia Silverstar bulbs. GRRRRRRRRRR!

you could still get the projector's and use the silverstar's

also you can contact DDMTuning.com and see if they will work

Just get whatever projector assemblies are available for your truck. Order an HID kit to match the projectors. Replace the headlight connector on your truck wiring harness with the matching one for the kit. The connectors are available at any chain auto parts store.

Went to Autozone and came up with a big goose egg on the connector. Time to hit up the junk yard I guess.

i tried emailing them too and the response was not helpful at all thats why i said to call them.
