not easily.
the easiest way would probably be to swap in a 98-00 front end and buy the AVM manual hub kit for that...but i have no idea what such a swap would entail.

The live axle setup on your truck is not bad at all. Never have to worry about them breaking or getting out to lock them.

The only disadvantage is that you dont have 2Low as an option. I use it frequently as I am always trailering but you will probably be fine with out it. Why do you want to swap to manual hubs?
