We have a 04 Ranger with the 3.0. that lost power and would not drive faster than 30/40 ish and RPMs cut out at about 2500. Truck had a Code PO303 (Miss fire) and PO420 (Catalyst system efficiency below threshold). Replaced the ignition coil, plugs and wires. Added Cataclean and injector cleaner. drove truck for 8 to 10 miles. The codes are all gone now but the no power and RMP cut out is still happening. Any suggestions?
