Well I decided I needed to take a trailer to the landfill and went to start my silverado. Dead battery because my dumb ass left the ignition on last time :D. I jump it with the ranger and with the radio on drive to pick up the trailer. So thinking, SWEET my speedo wants to work today. As soon as the thought crossed my mind I realized the stereo dont wanna work anymore:bawling: . I cannot sell my truck without a working radio on top of the other issues. I really dont think the issue is the radio itself though. Any ideas?

bump. I know your ford guys, so am I. Please help me fix this issue so I can sell the chebby

Its a chevy, of course the radio don't work.

What find what else stopped working at the same time, then replace the fuse. Also, make sure the radio itself isn't bad. In my experience 90% of the time a radio doesn't work its the unit itself. the other 10% its a blow fuse.

but the radio on this is controlled by a Body control module most of the time. I would make sure your fuse is good, if so pull the radio test for ignition power, constant power, and voltage drop on the grounds, if you have all of this, radio time...
