I have an issue with my Right Front Tire in that it is wearing bad on the inside

I looked for worn ball joints as Instructed due to the fact I can move the tire top to bottom slightly. No evidence of ball joint wear although the boots are gone.

Once I took the tire off, I seen extreme wear on the pads. So much so that I have to replace the rotors. The OE is Motorcraft BRR204. Can I upgrade to a Drilled Rotor with Ceramic Pads or do I have to stay with the OE part?

Thanks for any advice given to me.

BTW - I am thinking tire movement I felt is coming from the Bearing. Need this fixed before taking it to get aligned.

Thanks again.
