I have a 2002 Ranger 3.0 with 98,000 miles and both head gaskets are blown. Anyone experienced this?

Head gaskets blow because the OWNER failed to notice low coolant and repair the low coolant problem.. The low coolant causes overheating of the head and the gaskets burn.
It's NOT a problem with the engine. As long as the coolant passages stay full of coolant the head gaskets won't burn.

That statement isn't entirely correct. If an engine has a pinging/detonation issue, that could cause it if ran long enough.

Had engine flushed, hoses and thermostat replaced less than a year ago. Regular oil changes. Last Ranger had 150,000 miles and no major repairs.

On this one mechanic thinks it the "orange" coolant Ford uses.
He showed me a water pump the fan blade was eaten away.

It was not "neglect" on my part.
