2002 cheap lift? possible?

so heres the deal. i need to paint and do body work on my truck. but i cant do that untill i get new panels on there. i cant get new panels on there untill i lift it. but i dont have the money to put a nice full lift kit in. i just need to get it in the air so i can get my tires and panels on the truck so it doesnt look goofy stock height. for the rear im just going to put a block kit in it and lift it a few inches but i dont know the cheapest and fastest way to lift the front 2-3 inches. its a 02 so i have coil springs and i dont have torsion bars. i havnt read anywhere to get it fast and cheap up in the air. ae there lift coils? any ideas?

well 2" blocks for the rear(the 4x4 specs)
and a coil spacer for the front. u can find those spacers on ebay. they fit from 98+

Are there certain spacers? Or just any that fit 98+ will work?

ive seen some for different height lifts.
u can get a maximum of 2" on the front. more than that and ur asking for trouble.
mostly all are made of aluminum. and yes a coil spacer made for a A arm coil sprung ranger from 98+ will work on yours

so the spacer in the tech secion are the right ones? the f-150 spacers?

no. thats for a TIB suspension setup. (Twin I Beam)
thats good for 97 and older trucks.

since 98+ they went from TIB to IFS, so our trucks use a diferrent coil system.
