I have a 2001 Ranger off-road XLT and i bought a 3 inch body lift for it. i also want do a 2 inch torsion crank in the front and 2 in blocks in the rear.that would give me 5 inches in front and back. what size blocks should i get to fit the springs? and what size tires could i get with good clearance?

Um so would you be putting a 2 inch block on top of the 3 inch block?

Just do the torsion crank a bit and run add a leafs at the rear. No blocks!! You will have a good ride. It wont cost much to do.

yea i was thinking about adding the blocks on top of the lift. and i considered AAL but heard they make the ride real rough.

I use them and have used them for years with no problem. My ride is very smooth. A torsion crank can be pretty harsh. I have buddies who do the crank and thay say the ride is harder then a real suspension lift. Thay have had both setups and they love a real lift over the crank. It is just what you want I guess. But I would rather not use blocks if you don't have to. A rear leaf swap would be better of course but some people don't want to do a leaf swap. They will add the AAL for the ease of it. If the leasfs are shot the AAD won't help at all of course.
