Welcome to TRS :)

I like RED Rangers (y)

If its a manual then you have an M5OD-R1 trans, aka M5R1
If automatic then a 5R44E model

Engine is a 3.0l Vulcan, Ford designed, made from 1986 thru 2008, good reliable engine, but............

It is designed as a high RPM engine, makes best power at 3,500rpm, most engines do that at 2,500rpms
So it got the nick name "3.slow" because people were driving them wrong
Think about driving a regular engine and always shifting at or before 2,000rpm, never going above 2,500rpm ever
Well you would say its a dog, no power, lol

So "drive it like a rented mule" it wants and needs HIGH RPM
You will FEEL its power band kick in above 3,400rpm or so

I see you're from Illinois...

If that truck spent it's life here... in the rust belt... it could have some rust issues.

Nice low miles though.
