Where is sensor 'A' located?

their is one on/in the OD Bering support carrier, top by the breather, and side by the tail shaft housing.

I'm throwing the sensor A code, and skip shifting.

P0715- turbine/ input shaft speed sensor A circuit

P0717- turbine/ input shaft speed sensor A circuit no signal


Alldata has the sensors labeled 1 2 3 not A B C, does A=1?

OK, now I'm scratching my head. i cleared the codes and drove it to work. I did not notice ant difference but when i got on the HWY i noticed it was shifting perfect. after a few miles the engine light came back on and it was skip shifting again.

Short or bad connector???

do they connectors still have the ''locking'' clips on em?
