its a 2000 ranger, 3.0/5speed. I picked it up a year ago for $3800, cranked torsion bars and 31x10.5 BFG all terrains (best tire I ever had).
things I've done:
locking hubs.. blew stock ones and got stuck.. ended up getting pulled into a tree on the way out..
wheel bearings.. they don't like mud too much.
repaired exhaust.. hit one of the flanges on a rock..
put 2 hella lights in the grille, got em on a trade so figured why not!
next up is the clutch then lift.
then heres the car I've been building, 1987 trans am.. not bad for a kid (body work and paint when I was 15, interior work at 16, engine/trans at 17)
