I have a 2000 ranger 2.5 5 speed that i want to put a 2.3t in. i have the motor already. what do i need to do to my truck to hold up the the power of the stock 2.3t?
so your wanting to put a stock 2.3t into your truck? wiring and stuff will be a pain. the best way to do it is build your existing engine and keep your obd2 computer and wiring. otherwise you have a ton of extra work ahead of you to just drop the older engine in.
but as far as the truck its self is concerned all you "need" is a fuel pump (stock pump will do about 10psi) everything else will work depending on what all your doing. do alot of research and you will figure it out
