2000 Ranger 5-Speed cupholders

Hey guys, just wondering, how can I fasten down the center console/cupholder piece around the shifter? On my truck its loose. I just bought the truck so I'm still figuring out some things. But when I shift or hit a bump it moves around, enough to knock loose the cups or bottles in the cup holders.

I haven't looked specifically at that style, but I'd bet there is a plastic clip under each cup holder...
