Got a 4406 from a 98 f150 and the shift lever its really rusty so have to try to free it up or buy new but i got the lever which is all that matters really now i need the bar that links the shifter to the transfercase ordered a bunch of parts on wednessday so monday when im off its truck building time
did a test fit to see how much of a pain it would be to drop in all was well except im still plagued by my short engine hoist gonna shorten the chain up top a bit and let some air out of the tires should be able to swing it with the uper intake on
3 days of degreasing motor block heads timing cover and oil pan are done internals looked good still had good crosshatching and no maring on the cylinder walls 3 days off this weekend so plans are to get it all togather and drop it in shift leaver for b&m shifter is comming monday so trans will get buttoned up then the wife is going to texas to visit family so its me truck beer and wires
