Researched the noise in question today and found it to be on the passenger side of the car and I can recreate it by spinning the tire manually.
Pretty sure after searching on here and around the internet that it has to do with the Dust Excluder Seal as there was a TSB on them.
Wondering IF anyone has any kind of step by step process to replace these, PICTURES would be awesome and also where to get them from, Dealer? OR regular auto part stores. Any specialty tools needed?
Thanks in advance.

The dust shields are a dealer only item as far as I know. They are riveted in and you will need a punch, hammer, and drill to get them off.

If you know it I'd like the TSB number so that I can read through it and see exactly what it says. Most of the time if the dust shield is the cause of a noise you can just bend it back away from the rotor. No need to replace unless it is really bent up.

Also, on some years of some vehicles (and some after market brands) Ford put squealer tabs on the brakes. When the brake gets so low the tab rubs the rotor and makes noise so that you get them checked. Make sure that something like that isn't making your noise.
