2000 ford ranger O/D light Flashing problem

Hi, i have a 2000 ford ranger, 4x4, 3.0L, auto transmission, and when Hurricane Irene came in i was in my ranger and i was slipping in my yard so i put it im 4Hi and after that my service light came on and my o/d light strated flashing. took it to get my code checked and said it was the Neutral safety switch so i replaced it and nothing changed. then i replaced the ABS speed sensor and nothing changed. i need help! thanks

Did you ever clear the codes after these repairs?

If so, I'd say it sounds like you damaged a wire.

What were your exact codes?

yes i cleared them after i put the neautral safety switch on and them cleared them after i did the speed switch. i havent checked the codes since then.
