2000 4.0 Y pipe

I've got a '99 ranger 4.0 OHV with the original engine (200K+ miles). I've just picked up a spare 2000 4.0 OHV engine that i'm rebuilding before swapping out the the two engines. I'm looking at headers for the new engine, but i don't really want to use the rusted factory Y pipe, and I've already done an MBRP stainless cat-back. I guess my real question is can i use a Y pipe from a 4.0 explorer? I see a couple stainless 4.0 explorer y pipes floating around, but none specifically for a 4.0 ranger. I would imagine its the same, but i'd rather not drop $500 and find out i'm wrong. Any ideas guys?

The only thing i see from Magnaflow is a direct fit replacement with cats. i'm leaning towards something without cats. I've got the spare 2000 engine in the shop right now for a complete overhaul including porting and polishing the intake/exhaust sides, boring the jugs, new crank and cams etc. as far as i know a '98 engine and a '00 engine are the same thing? so would something like this work our for me??
