2 piece upper control arm adjustment bolt broke!!!

welder: because balls out fire breathing metal bending bad ass mofo isn't an official job title
Im currently changing my upper control arms on my 99 4x4. The adjustment bolt torqued off. Anyone know how to get it out and where to get a replacement?
 
replace it with a 1 piece upper arm, and get the camber adjusting bolt kit.
