2 codes p0171 ans p0175

this is a 2000 ext cab flex fuel
p0171 is lean bank 1 and p0175 bank 2 rich ???? both lean and rich.

1- check fuel pressure 60psi..... filter and pump replaced.
2- check and cleaned MAS just under 1vdc at idle... above 2.5vdc above 2000 RPM's
3- Check compression found bank 2 bad fixed same 30-0-30 Cyl's 4,5,6

other problems are hard starts , no power max speed is 65 mph, slow off the line.
the only think I can think of is the injectors?
How do you test/clean the injectors already ran seafoam in the tank twice.

Wait, you have 30-0-30 compression in Cylinders 4, 5, and 6? That strikes me as your problem right there.

I'd start looking for a vacuum leak. You might also check for plugged cats but I don't think I'd expect that with that set of codes.

Also found another code last night 1309 it's the CMP I have already found how to test it so I will check it but would that CMP also give me the other codes??
OH also for to say it has 232 K on the clock so may it is the cats??

OK update time 1309 fault is fixed put a new sensor in.
Now only 171 code bank 1 lean, now I found this online test that you blow smoke into the intake to look for Vacuum leaks and the smoke started to come out if the Idle control valve ????? is this right I think not but this is the 1st time I have done this smoke test.
