2.9L Motor Swap Questions

What's up everyone, short and sweet version: I'm going to be installing a Ford 2.9L V6 into my 1993 Nissan 240sx followed by a healthy turbo setup. So, I'm sure I'll have more questions soon but for now I just need to know:

1. what manual transmissions will bolt directly to this motor? Any gearing differences between the ones available?

As far as I know, M5OD-R1, FM Series, TK Series, and T5 & probably T4. M5OD-R1 is highly recommended by many. T5 will require conversion, but would probably take most of anything you could throw at it from this V6. Was going to go a similar route with a super charged 2.9L and T5. Tried to get the adapter noted in the tech library from Advance Adapters, but this is pretty much non-existent at this point. A member on this board indicated to me that a Bellhousing from a 2.8L Mustang II w/ T4 could be used to mate up the T5. I actually aquired an aluminum flywheel for this that is 10,000 brand for that particular conversion, but can't seem to get rid of the damn thing now that I am V8ed..
